    • My pin is locked on my direct Express card I’ve been calling for my money I can’t get a live operator it’s telling me to pull up three digit PIN in and I don’t know it because it was stolen I need my money now to replace my car

  2. I HAVE CALLED FOUR TIMES ONLY TO BE PUT ON HOLD AND THEN PHONE HANGS UP.
    MY ISSUE IS ON 12-3-2019.I WAS AT SPINX IN TRAVELERS REST,I USED THE ATM INSIDE THERE I NEEDED 200.00 TO PUT WITH MY RENT THIS ATM TOOK 200.00 FROM MY ACCOUNT GAVE ME 20.00 BACK I ASKED THE LADY WORKING SHE SAID TO CALL THE ATM PEOPLE.SO I DID THEY WAITED UNTIL THE 12-05-2019 TO CHECK IT,THEY SAID MY MONEY WAS NOT IN THE MACHINE .SO THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO CALL MY BANK WHICH IS YAW I NEED MY MONEY BACK. ITS CHRITMAS,I CANNOT AFFORD FOR THIS MONEY NOT TO PUT BACK.

  3. I get my disabilitly check on this card on the 3rd of every month. This month when I went to use it it won’t work and when I called and was on hold for hour and half no answer. when I call to check balance it wont recognize my card number

  5. I called Direct express several times today and I can’t get thru. I get put on hold and then the phone hangs up. My SSI never reached my direct express card. I was supposed to receive it today and I can’t reach customer service to resolve this issue. I just need this issue resolved today cuz I have bills that have to be paid. Rent, Light, gas, phone bill doctor appointments, carfare and my children. I rely on that money to get around and to take care of my needs.

This is the worst government card I every seen Social Security put my check in this direct express card and I don’t have a card my rent is due and no one never answer the phone I’m calling Channel 9 news and report this already in fix income and not to be able to get it because of mess something need to be done social security is responsible too for allowing this

  9. worst experience ever soooo fustrating can never get thru….when i click into tech support because its not letting me log in…. it tells me to go LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT LOL THATS WHY I TRIED CALLING..>LOL CANT GET INTO MY ACCOUNT BUT ALWAYS TOO BUSY TRY LATER IVE CALLED 3AM! SAME THING IM IN DESPERATED NEED TOO PRINT MY INFO FROM MY ACCOUNT ASAP AND CANT GET HELP I WANT TO CRY!

  11. Yes, i sat on the phone 2 hours last night after 10 attempts to replaced an aged card that Chio wont work.. please how do I get in touch immeduately. Been 3 days.

  12. My card has been confiscated be y someone demanding money from me for what the THINK I owe for rent. Their plan is to be wait until the end funds are deposited on my the be card on April 1st at midnight and then go to the ATM and withdraw all my money. I’m a senior citizen. Those funds are all I have in my life no to live on. With no card numbers to report it stolen and the pin being changed, PLEASE help me before it’s too late? Isn’t no there anyone there who cares and SERIOUSLY desires to help make it right?

  13. Today is may 18th 2020 I can’t get through customer service 1-888-741-1115 for a replacement card. How can I talk to someone about this situation
    It looks like I may have to go back to paper checks if this isn’t resolved soon

  14. I would not recommend this direct express to anyone. It is a fraudulent activities and I Know it .they have my money and have not got me in the system and said I have never been in the system. I don’t know what to do to get my money back. I’ve called everyone I can’t think of. Dont use direct express they will steal your money.

  15. I changed my password! Now for some reason it’s blocked !!!! It’s been 2 weeks . I call about 29 times a day 30 minutes to almost 2 hours each times. Tents due and need food!!!!’ PLEASR CONTACT ME

  17. I ordered a replacement card on July 3rd it’s been 12 days have not gotten it yet have no tracking number either. Cannot get ahold of anyone could you please at least send me a tracking number or another phone number I can call?

  18. I spent the 1st part of my day trying to locate my replacement debit card w/the tracking # I was given!! Easy enough right??…WRONG!! Should’ve been the 1st clue!!!?? I was that dog u c, the 1 w/ no tail, constantly running in a circle!…trying to get a hold of something that isn’t there!!! I was running out of hair to pull out so I gave up the “customer service” # n drove across town to U.P.S building…Hallelujah!!! To my utter surprise, they had my Direct Express replacement !!!! Happy, Happy Joy, Joy!!!….cool, dial the #, follow the instructions, activate, get on w/ life…ba da boom, ba da bing!!! WRONG!!!!….I just want to activate my card!!!…I’m not trying to get into area 51!! I’m very much dumb founded (& quickly turning psychotic!!!!) how a company can b run like this!!!. Indiana Jones had an easier time retrieving the gem from the temple of doom!!..i would change places w/ him in a second!! I’d even cut off my legs at the knees!!! This company has us by the short hairs, what do they care if we get tired of being on hold for 2 1/2 hrs.!! & hang up?? R they losing a nights sleep??? I’m thinking no !!! I’m in awe !!!! I’m at a loss, I’m out of ideas, I’m at a standstill, if I give up…I’m screwed…what do fu*k do I do?? give my landlord n other companies I owe $ to, the customer service # ???? What is my next step?? It’s pretty funny that in big, bold letters at the top of Direct Express paper it says “Enjoy the convenience n simplicity of ur Direct Express Debit MasterCard”….that’s apparently a HUGE misprint!!!….sue em for false advertising!!!! Their about as useful as a boat made out of rice paper!! They can pucker up & kiss my direct express!!!!!… Thanks!!…! for absolutely nothing!!!…A–holes!!!

  19. I have been trying to get ahold of you for several months. I called and left on hold for hours. I wanted to inform you that my card is lost and my address has changed. I have written to the P.O. box at Omaha and Austin with no answer what so ever. I have been trying to change my address for more than a year and my brother has been trying to get a card for more than two years with no answer. I even filed a comlaint and still no answer. I guess I have no choice but to close my accout with you as you don’t care to help anyone. I used up all my minutes on my phone on hold waiting for an answer from you with nothing. I am very upset about this. Year of trying to get help and months for me long before the COVID-19 problem.

  20. I have contacted a lawyer. I have also contacted every agency and government office I can think of. Tomorrow I will actually be talking to our Governor. How in the world can our government offices be doing business with these crooks? I will also be reaching out to every news channel that I can. Apparently this company has not learned it’s lesson from the last class action lawsuit….nor has our government! Treating our elderly, our vets and our disabled like garbage. I am currently trying to replace a card for my elderly uncle. I cannot even do that or request a new card. I have contacted the social security office. We are no longer going to be using direct express and I advise anyone out there to close their account immediately and open a bank account. This company is VERY SHADY! Do NOT risk it! Contact your state representatives as I have…contact the BBB. I am reporting this company for federal fraud. I won’t stop until this company is in the ground. Where it belongs.
