There is no fee charged for the first card replacement within a year.

Once you use your free card replacement for the year, you will be charged $4 for any additional card replacement request.

  4. This is the worst Debit card company! I ordered a replacement for my lost card and three weeks later I still have not received it. I finally got through to the operator today and had to pay $13.95 to receive my new card by UPS, but I still have to wait three more days to receive it. At least i now have a tracking number that UPS emailed to me. This company Sucks a real Big one!

  5. Direct express is a ignorant debit card company, I use netspend, and haven’t had a problem in 2 years! Just saying.

  6. Been trying to report my card missing for 3 days. Trying to cancel it and get a new one before someone finds it and steals money out of my account but guess what… Direct Express will not pick up the phone. Every time they put me through customer service what’s a call back later because call volumes are heavy… what am I going to do when someone uses my card and text my funds?
