    I filed a dispute on an atm withdrawn where I never received the money but took out of my account. The money was for my hotel room where I’m staying till my apt ready after my house burned down, and i really need my money back before time to pay and me and my grandson get put out. I’ve sent in everything needed and asked if me but taking a long time to give my money back in account so please resolve this asap it’s not

  • YES I STARTED A DSPUTE ON SOME TRANSACTIONS THAT WHERE UNARTHERISED ! ON THE 1ST OF AUGUST 2019 WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO FILL OUF SOME PAPERS AND RETURN THEM TO U SO I DID THEN I RECEVIED A LETTER STATING ON THE 10 TH BUSINESS DAY MY MONEY WOULD BE PUT BACK ON MY CARD !!? THE MONEY NEVER WAS REFUNDED SO THEN I CALL U GUYS BACK AND WAS TRANSFERED TO UR FRAUD DEPARTMENT WHERE THE SERVICE GUYS WAS A REAL ASSHOLE BASICLY CALLED M A LIER AND THATS BEING NICE ABOUT THE SITIATION ! SO THEN AFTER HIM HANGING UP ON ME ON PURPASE I RECEVIED A FEW DAYS LATER SOME PAPER WRK FRM U GUYS THAT IS COFUSSING ?? NOW IDK WHO TO TALK TO ABOUT ALL OF THIS OR WHAT NUMBER I CAN CALL TO TALK TO A SUPERVISER PLEASE AND THANK U HAVE A GOD BLESSED DAY

    I am advising many Direct Express recipients like myself to help remove Direct Express as the account holder of our government benefits. Direct Express is not able to not only answer their phone but they are usually unable to process refunds of funds fraudulently or inaccurately taken from our accounts.
    I have been in contact with the Federal Reserve Board, the agency who selected Direct Express.
    They have advised that in order to start their investigation, they need actual Complaints made by consumers.
    To file your Complaint, you will need to share your experience by going to:

    Federalreserveconsumerhelp.gov

    Once at that site, in the upper right corner, you will see File Complaint.
    Thereafter Direct Express will be investigated.

    This company must be promptly removed and replaced.

    Direct Express has been one of the worst nightmares of my life. They are rude disrespectful and ignorant. On vacation in California from oregon . Had my car wallet and such stolen .. what a run around they let me cancel my card . Get a new one but refuses to give me a pin . So needless to say homeless no ID card no money card for the last two months 5 months pregnant starving to death. Because direct express cant make up thier mind on what they want from me . They have lied . Hung up on me and changed thier mind. I cant get a birth certificate without money nor a id card without a birth certificate. My car was stolen ok that means no way to get to social security office but .. the security questions they asked were unreal for a person with a brain injury. Like when did you first receive direct express card ?. What date ..Haha is this a joke ? What was the address from 17 years ago.. yeah right cant remember my age. So here I sit pregnant no money no food because they don’t what the heck they need . Rude costumer service.

    Sounds like they don’t believe your story and need to make sure your who you are claiming to be I got a new card on the way now and all I needed to Verify my self was full name date of birth social security number current address last withdraw amount and last direct deposit amount!!
    I’ve had them 4 years and this is the first time money was missing other then there awful automated system it’s been okay

    Contacted directexpress about two disputes only received one form to fill out about dispute when I needed two..Now call them an line always says too busy call at later time.

    can i dispute a charge on my directexpress in which a vet charged me for an ultrasound for my cat which was unneeded? after feeling its abdomen the vet said he thinks my cat may only have one kidney. so he did the ultrasound then tells me my cat has two fully developed kidneys! i feel this was incompetence on his behalf if not an outright scam. im a senior living on small soc sec check!

    Wow I was about to call them over a purchase error I made . I e contacted the seller they said they will stop on there end but contact the card company I’m scared to now will just call the seller and say send it I’ll just have 2 just in case..

    Atm withdraw when wrong asked for 800 dollars and $120 Was all dispersed !,,,,still waiting for my $680 dollars bank says they have my money and just waiting fo a statement from D Express
    Bank says it usually only takes 3 business days

    Good luck, Iv had 1,045.oo taken from me! As we all know this company does not answer there phone. So whats a person to do? I blame Direct Express as much as the fraudulent companies taking my money
    The are a f. joke.

    I have been trying for a week to speak to someone about a dispute over an unauthorized debit. I get put on hold and have waited up to three hours, on hold, and still haven’t talked to a representative. I understand that their are probably hundreds of people calling everyday but to be put on hold for three hours???
