My direct express card has been temporarily turned off due to suspicious activity. But I can’t get a hold of anybody! They sent a letter with a phone number and I’ve been on hold for an hour. I called the 800 number on the back of the card and was on hold for 2 hours. Nobody is ever going to answer.
