Direct Express does NOT provide a tracking number for new cards that are mailed.

Direct Express Replacement Card Tracking
If your Direct Express card is lost or stolen, expired or deactivated and you are waiting on a replacement direct express card, you should wait 10 business days after you were told the card has been mailed to receive it.
Unfortunately, Direct Express does NOT provide a tracking number for replacement cards that are mailed.
If 10 business days have passed and you still did not receive the card in the mail, you should contact Direct Express at the phone number provided above.
Lots of our readers have complained about how long it takes for them to receive replacement cards and are not happy there is no Direct Express Tracking Number.
Unfortunately, without a tracking number provided, you will have to wait for the 10 business days before calling Direct Express for help.
This means unfortunately, you will not be able to use your card for any transactions in the meantime, which is very frustrating.

If I could give you no stars I would. Im the representative for my grandmothers SS benefits and was told a card was sent out in June 2020. It was never received and I have called multiple times just to be transferred, given different numbers to call, and hung up on multiple times. I simply need the dxmn card so I can provide her with proper care! Its the end of August now and nothing has been resolved.
I apply for a new card ,because the one I have had expired almost a month ago cant seem to get any answer none of the numbers for customer services is working what can I do I need my money this a directexpress card hellllp
they say theres no way they can track a new card being issued, what they dont mention is that they offer a quicker way to receive your card by chargeing 13.80 to recieve the card in 2 to 3 buisness days . how can they send a card express mail and not be able to track it? its been 3 days now and theres no way to find out where my card is. so know im on the verge of losing my every thing i own. thanks alot direct express your helping the world at every elses expence . a tip to others dont bother calling the phony help line they just hang up on you.
I had money transferred to my Walmart card because this one was hacked by foreigners....money has yet to show up on card, yet trans. fee and
money was taken out if Direct Express..Cannot talk to a human! Tried for two days. Now my birth day and social don't match in system when calling. I need Help if anyone knows who to call.
