March 1st, 2019 falls on a weekday and is not a holiday. Therefore, your SSI payments for the month will be deposited on Friday, March 1st.

September 1st, 2019 falls on a weekend, (Sunday), therefore, SSI payments for the month will be deposited the business day prior, which in this case is Friday, August 30th.
