If you are a beneficiary of Social Security and Supplemental Security Income and currently get your money electronically via the Direct Express Debit card – and would like to change the pin number on your debit card, see the instructions below:
Direct Express Change Pin Number
Your personal identification number (PIN) is a number you choose when you activate your Direct Express Debit MasterCard. Your PIN is a four-digit number that you enter on the keypad at ATMs and retail locations when you use your card. If you cannot remember your PIN, here is what to do:
You may change your PIN by calling the Direct Express card Customer Service at 1 (888) 741-1115 (toll-free) and a representative will be able to assist you. Be sure to have your card number ready when you call. You can also visit the Direct Express website and login into your account to get a new PIN. Here is how:
Visit www.USDirectExpress.com and click on “Login to Your Card Account”. You will be directed to the login page that looks like the website image below. You will be asked to first enter your User ID and if that is recognized, then you can enter your password to be able to gain access to your account.
Once you login successfully, you will be able to get a new PIN. We hope our instructions were helpful. You can share your comments or questions below. If you encounter problems using the website, you should call customer service at the number provided above so you can get help.
