1. Do I Need Direct Express Card?
You do not need a Direct Express Card to receive your federal benefits deposit. However, if you are still receiving your Social Security or other federal benefits payments by check, you are out of compliance with the law. This leaves you with 3 choices to receive your federal deposit payment:
– By Direct Deposit to a Checking or Savings Account with a bank or credit union
– By Getting a Direct Express Card Account
– By an ETA Account (Electronic Transfer Account)

My card info was on my old phone and had to get a new card sent. They said they would help me with the money being refunded, but we were cut off and I can’t get through now cause it won’t give me the option. My name is James Troy Byrge 8/10/70. SSN 413352917.
Your phone service is a joke.how much does it cost for the phone to be ran unanswered or helpful in an emergency.
I have called Direct Express on numerous occasions and once connected am soon told that they have a high yield of calls and to call back at a later time. I think they are full of crap.
